From the first symptom to the final fix, these are the specific AC repair services our Floyd-area crews are equipped for.
Refrigerant Charge & Leak Repair
Low charge is a symptom, not a diagnosis — we find the leak with electronic detection and UV dye before recharging. Techs handling refrigerant charge & leak repair carry the specific parts and tools this job calls for, not a generic kit.
Condenser Fan Motor Repair
A condenser fan that's stalled or running slow lets head pressure spike, which can trip the compressor's high-pressure safety. This is one of the most requested AC repair calls we get across Floyd, NM.
Evaporator Coil Cleaning & Repair
We check for coil frost, which usually points to airflow or charge issues upstream. Techs handling evaporator coil cleaning & repair carry the specific parts and tools this job calls for, not a generic kit.
Compressor Diagnostics
Hard-starting, humming-but-not-spinning, or tripped breaker symptoms get tested with a start capacitor check before any compressor is condemned. Techs handling compressor diagnostics carry the specific parts and tools this job calls for, not a generic kit.
Thermostat Calibration & Wiring
A miscalibrated or miswired thermostat can mimic a full system failure. This is one of the most requested AC repair calls we get across Floyd, NM.
Ductless Mini-Split Diagnostics
Ductless systems fail differently than central air — we service indoor head units, line sets, and outdoor condensers. This is one of the most requested AC repair calls we get across Floyd, NM.
